Behind every quiet smile, there's a story waiting to be heard.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you're feeling—it's carrying it alone. At Theatre of Wellness, you'll find a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel heard without judgment. Every session is guided by professional care, complete confidentiality, and genuine compassion.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers.
Every therapeutic journey is different, so the approach is always shaped around your needs, your goals, and your pace.
Everything you share is treated with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Every session is guided by psychological approaches supported by research and tailored to your individual needs.
You'll be met with empathy, warmth, and acceptance, so you can speak openly without fear of being criticised or misunderstood.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, recognise patterns, build on your strengths, and explore practical ways forward.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Healing takes time, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while keeping your wellbeing and goals at the centre of the journey.
Hello,
I'm Archana.
"My hope is to offer you a space where you don't have to carry everything alone."
I'm a Counselling Psychologist, an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor, and a PhD Research Scholar in Psychology.
Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, and many of the emotional struggles that come with being human.
I've also spent several years working in leadership and human development, supporting professionals, managers, and teams as they navigated workplace challenges, personal growth, and change. That experience continues to shape the way I understand people—not just as clients, but as individuals with unique stories, responsibilities, and strengths.
I know that reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. Often, people spend months—or even years—trying to manage everything on their own before deciding to ask for support.
My hope is to offer you a space where you can slow down, speak openly, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards the life you want to build.
Every conversation is guided by empathy, respect, confidentiality, and evidence-based psychological care— always tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Finding the right therapist matters.
The therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change in therapy.
It's someone with whom you feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgement, and supported while working towards your goals.
My hope is to offer that kind of space for you, every time you reach out.Professional Background

Why Theatre of Wellness?
We all carry stories about ourselves. Some help us grow. Others quietly shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our future.
The Space Behind Every Conversation
Whether we meet online or in person, our goal is to create the same calm, private, and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Questions You May Have
A few answers to help you understand our practice, therapeutic approach, and what you can expect before beginning your journey.
Why is it called Theatre Of Wellness?
The name comes from a simple belief, our lives are shaped not only by what happens to us, but also by the meaning we give to those experiences over time. Some experiences become a source of strength. Others leave us carrying self-doubt, grief, fear, or questions we haven't yet had the space to explore. Without even realising it, they can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life's challenges.
Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and understand your experiences with greater clarity and self-compassion. As you begin to make sense of your story, it often becomes easier to recognise your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, build more fulfilling relationships, and move towards the life you want to create.
The word Theatre reminds us that every life is made up of many chapters. Some are joyful. Some are difficult. Some ask us to grow in ways we never expected.
Whatever chapter you're in today, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Welcome to Theatre of Wellness.
